This is another old photo I found hanging out on my computer. This is a trip Nikki, Chris, and I took to San Diego. I believe Chris took this photo. It was a short but fun trip and my only visit to San Diego. I want to go to the beach!

I had a dream I quit my job and was going to walk to Maine. It was a happy dream but I didn't plan very well because I left my stuff in my apartment and had to go back then I was trying to figure out how to still pay my rent during my trip. My alarm went off before I got very far.

We had our meeting today. I ate a cherry, a cream filled donut, a banana, a little piece of bread with icky cheese ($16.99 a pound icky cheese!), and a mini waffle dipped in syrup. Our new word is value, yep come shopping at my store because we have good values and you will get good value for your money. I felt like they were trying to brainwash me or something. Luckily I am a smart girl. They have a raffle at the end of the meeting and after they announce a number that was one off of mine I turned to my friend to show her and I dropped my ticket in her coffee, this made us all laugh really hard.

I came back home and took a nap and now I am more tired. Need coffee!

I found this picture of me at my old job on my computer today and I think I look pretty decent in it so I am sharing. See those old reel to reel tapes in the background. Those things were a pain to load! Also notice the headphones that were in my ears for 12 hours a day. I am so glad I do not work there anymore, I am so much happier now!!!

Anyway my friend gave me coffee at work before I left today because he was shutting down and had extra so my thought process goes like this: if I drink coffee now before bed I will be able to get up in the morning for our meeting that starts at 6am. This normally works for me as long as I can actually get to sleep. I can always sleep after the meeting too. I have to work at 1 tomorrow so there is plenty of time for sleeps.

They rearranged our area at work today so it was kind of a rough one but not too too bad. I think it looks better. I had to make a vegetable tray, those seem to take forever to make. I was very nice to customers today. I am learning patience, sometimes it is hard.

Ok, I am going to eat a sandwich then try really hard to go to bed. You can probably tell that I am pretty hyper though.

Today I went to the Social Security office in Worthington to get a new SS card with my corrected name on it. It is supposed to be here in a week or two. It was hard to find the place but easy to get a new card. The Security Guard in there had the worst job ever, he just kept telling everyone to turn off their cell phones and how to check in to get a ticket. What a miserable life.

Then I got a jar of Starbucks Mocha from the gas station and went to Micro Center where I bought a wireless booster then came home and canceled my cable and internet so I will be saving $80 a month. Then I called to see what to do about my ipod classic because it is broken and I have not even had it for a year. Turns out I can just take it to the Apple store. I feel good because I am getting things done. I work at 3pm today instead of 1pm so I decided this was the day to do things I have been putting off.

Oh, Greg took the cap off of my truck the other day and it is listed on Craigslist. Hope that thing sells soon so I can get it off my mind. My truck is so much easier to drive without it!

Greg and I went to Alum Creek Dam. He takes good pictures. Later we went to Delaware and ate a lot of greesy food. He bought me a harmonica. This was a fun day.

I just realized yesterday that I have been officially divorced since May 19th and didn't realize it. Also my name has been restored. I need to figure out how to get a new social security card. A great weight has been lifted from my shoulders.

For the Memorial weekend I went to the Modified Soul BBQ and watched a bunch of suspensions with my friends. We had a lot of fun. We got to meet a lot of neat people and doggies.

On the way home from Kelly's Island we went to a place called Tiger Treats or something like that and ordered a small ice cream cone. This is what they gave us. Half of it had to be thrown away, it was just too big. I wanted tea but they did not brew there own, they only had the icky fountain kind so then I asked if they had Dr. Pepper. No go so I just had a cup of ice and poured a can of Dr. Pepper that we brought with us.

I met the friendliest chickens ever on the way home from Kelly's Island. They all gathered around my feet. There was a machine with food in it but I didn't have any coins.

We saw the lighthouse at Marblehead. It had beautiful wrought iron steps that I wanted to climb but it was not yet open for the tourist season.
