My dream house, the big 6 bedroom has been reduced to $75,000!

Keep on dropping baby, hopefully nobody buys it, my lease isn’t up until October. I am sure someone will snatch it up at that price though. Another will come along.

Yesterday I paid $3.45 for gas, that made me sad. I am going to ride my bike today, it is supposed to be warm.

Love
That house needs a lot of love. If you are seriously think of buying it get a really good home inspection done. The foundation would be my main concern. If thats not in good shape major freakin repairs would have to be done. On the other hand if you could afford it buy it now and spend through October fixing it up :)

Re: Love
I know it needs a lot of repairs, I have big ideas for that place. I probably won't end up getting it though. I would defiantly get any house I am looking at inspected and have my Mom look at it, she knows a lot about old houses.

i have to move to ohio.

the average assessed value of a house in central NJ is $500,000 in most towns. it's only $300,000 in the low-income, undesirable neighborhoods. O_O this is great considering that the average annual income is still $30K.

I bet you could qualify for a good home loan if you really wanted to buy it. But I agree--definitely get a good home inspection done before considering buying it! The seller's might even be willing to pay for it.

I know I can get a loan, my Mom checked it out last year. I would get any home inspected before I move in because I want an old house but I want to make sure it is sturdy.
