For lunch at work today nothing looked good so I got a frozen lasagna dinner, horrible I know, all of that wasted packaging. It was decent for a microwave meal but it made me want to make real lasagna so after work I bought ingredients and as soon as I got home I started cooking. It has onion, garlic, oregano, basil, carrots, celery, broccoli, and cauliflower in it along with the usual ricotta, noodles, sauce, and mozzarella on top. I made a lot so I can have it for lunch this week. It is so yummy! I wanted to eat more but I will resist. Too bad I don’t have anyone to share this yummy food with. I just realized I call my meal at 5pm lunch. I guess I have two lunches and then dinner when I get home. I get so mixed up, I never know what day it is or what time it is, all I know is when I am supposed to be at work and when I am not. It is really amazing that I make it there when I am supposed to.

The bunny is happily grazing on all of the vegetable ends and stems that didn’t go into the lasagna. I think he is pretty happy right now. Poor guy’s cage needs cleaned though.
